Refund policy

    • All the sales are final. We don’t accept any Return or Exchange for any purchase made from The Tile Company. We request you to verify the design and quantity properly before placing the order.
    • If at any stage it is found that we delivered a different product than the one ordered by you, then please call our customer care to report the issue. We will make sure that your designated order is delivered to you. No refund would be made, unless there is a shortage of the tiles ordered by you. In that case our Customer Care representative will contact you for reviewing your order.  If eligible for return then the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If the items are damaged beyond what can be sold, we won't be able to make refunds.  We will immediately take action to arrange the right order for you once we get back the wrongly delivered consignment back to us. We request you to give us a time of 2-3 working days to rectify our order.
    • If Eligible for refund, then it may take a maximum of 2-3 working days to  release the refund. 

    Sample Policy

    • We strongly recommend ordering a sample to check the quality, shade, and design before placing the final order with us. 
    • We deliver samples within 2-3 working days. The tile company will not be liable for any financial compensation claim in case of late delivery of the samples.
    • Samples are payable and refundable at the time of returning the sample. 
    • No refund will be made for the damaged return sample. So Please return the sample carefully.
    • Refund may take 2-3 working days to process upon receiving the sample.
