Shipping policy
- Shipping charges may vary from time to time and “The Tile Company” has all the rights to make those changes. It is to inform the customers that the charges will be pretty less and won't be a very high amount.
- Once the consignment is shipped from our warehouse the customer will get an email/Whatsapp with all the shipping details and tracking ID. All deliveries are made between the hours of 10:30am - 7pm.
- Standard delivery time is 2-3 working days. And for outstation orders it may take 1-2 weeks. In case some item is not available in stock at the time of placing the order then our sales executive will inform you in advance about the delivery timeline for the same. “The Tile Company” will not be liable for any financial compensation claims in case of late delivery of the products. Orders placed after midday are processed the next working day.
- We will ship the order to the shipping address mentioned by you while placing the order. If you want to change the shipping address, then you have to inform us regarding the same. We reserve full rights to accept / reject the change request.
- “The Tile Company” will not be responsible for any transit damage to the product. Damage of 1- 2% for vitrified tiles and 2-4% for ceramic tiles is normal, which can be managed while cutting and laying. So request you to check the material at the time of delivery.
- Labour charges for loading from the warehouse are included in the amount you have paid. Only customers need to pay the unloading charges additionally from their end.
- If you require additional labour for handling the order then you have to intimate your requirement to us. You have to bear the labour charges.
If you are not at the shipping address to receive the order, then you have to authorize someone to take delivery of the goods on your behalf with prior notification to “The Tile Company” customer service. Our members are not insured to enter your property.
